Recursion is Hard

Perhaps recursion in general isn't hard, but this program is.

Spent a good two hours after my previous update working on the project, then felt like my head was going to explode. For a break, I decided to take my car to get washed; it needed it very badly. I was unaware, however, of the apparent marathon that was being run in Harrisonburg today, so it took me 25 minutes just to get off campus. I returned from the journey refreshed and ready to get back to work, though.

Spent the remainder of the afternoon trying to figure it out, taking only short breaks to check on the status of the Giants/Cowboys game, and to watch OT. The day wasn't a complete waste, though, as the Giants prevailed. Hopefully, that will be the only New York-area team getting a win today (erm...or tomorrow, just in case the Yankees game goes into extra innings).

And now I sit in my lab, my entire four hour shift ahead of me, and work some more on the dreaded Onion. With God on my side, I'll get the algorithm all coded up tonight, so that tomorrow can be utilized for debugging and cleaning up.

As this will be my only outlet for my feelings from the start of the game tonight, until 10 PM, expect more updates tonight.
