Finished!

The Programming Assignment is now finally finished! I had thought it was done about an hour ago, but a bug kept popping up every so often where the bin sorted array was just slightly out of order. Turns out it was a slight error in the algorithm used to insert the values into the bins in order; swapping two blocks of code did the trick, and it's golden now. Off to bed at last!
