One down, three to go

GMUS exam was easy, as expected. Only part that gave me any trouble was the listening section on jazz styles, which is odd as I thought I knew that portion reasonably well going into the test. I now am only taking three classes for the remainder of the semester.

Announced today by Dr. Rooney via email: the Marching Royal Dukes are not done for the season. We will be performing in the inauguration parade of Governor-Elect Mark Warner on January 12. Luckily, we kick ass at parades. Hopefully it won't be as cold or rainy as Bush's Inauguration was.

Speaking of cold, I wish it would get at least a bit colder down here; I was walking around in shorts today, and I was sweating. There's not a doubt in my mind that the temperature reached 80 degrees today; that's gotta be some kind of record.
