Rock Star

Tonight was Lindsey's birthday party, and, as has become the tradition, I performed for her. Unfortunately, Dan couldn't make it; I went solo. Setlist:

3 AM was a good opener, got everyone signing along, and All or Nothing was one of the token Boy Band tunes. As Lindsey knows virtually all the words to everything that Madison Project has ever sung, there was solid participation in the entire medley. She didn't know either Heart In Hand or I Am (except for the 'Sanity, Sanity' part), but there was a good response to those tunes just the same.

My goal for the N*Sync tune was an all-out, over-the-top performance, and I delivered, causing Liz to have to leave the room just a few seconds into it. Lindsey enjoyed it, though, which is all that matters. Her birthday actually isn't until next later this month, but wish her a happy one just the same, if you get a chance.
