Fashion Quandaries

Why do I see t-shirts with FIJI written on them? It can't be because everyone vacations there; I've seen lots of these shirts. Is it some trend that I have missed?

Why do women keep inventing new clothes? I am referring in this case to the new sweater/jacket/bathrobe combination that I've been seeing a lot of around campus lately. It has the material of a sweater, the length of a jacket (or short coat), and a belt like a bathrobe. What do you people call these things? Why are they considered fashionable?

Played GTA3 today for...3 hours? I lost track of time. I'm 11% through it, and the Italians and the Triads are in full-out war. I love this game.
