Jersey; represent!

Anthrax suspect from Jersey. But, it looks like the guy never lived here, he just took a business trip. If this guy really was involved with secret government projects, he'll never be arrested (though he may die a horrible death in the next few weeks). Of course, if what he was working on was really secret, this story would never have come out. Time will tell.
