Accessibility

I probably shouldn't be talking, but my town's website looks like something out of 1997. It doesn't validate for anything, it almost certainly doesn't conform to Federal Guidelines for Accessiblity (especially considering its FlashText navigation)...it doesn't even have a proper DOCTYPE definition. Perhaps I'll go to a council meeting and bring it up; I'd like to see their reaction to a snotnosed college student berating their web design.
