You must choose...but choose wisely!

One of my favorite ESPN columnists is Bill Simmons. I've read every one of his columns for the past couple months, so much so that I got pretty caught up in the Patriots' Super Bowl victory.

His most recent column focuses on Sports Fan Rules.

If you hail from New York, you can't root for the Yankees and the Mets. You have to choose between them. Repeat: You have to choose between them. Don't give me this "As long as one of them is doing well, at least New York is winning" spiels. What is this, the sports fan's version of bisexuality? How about making a choice?
