Spring Break Recap
Made it home on Friday in about 5 1/2 hours to a dinner of pancakes. It's good to be home.
Saturday, I went to Amy's bowling. She sucked, but left early to play in a basketball game. That game was exciting, and resulted in a W for her team. She's getting better every time I see her play.
Following the game, I went with Mom & Amy to My Mall, where Amy needed to pick up sneakers. I wound up getting a few pairs of shoes as well (workboots and dress shoes). Who'd've thunk?
Sunday - left for Massachusetts with the Castkas and Josh. The big news of the trip is that I learned to snowboard. The other big news of the trip is that learning to snowboard also resulted in a mild concussion and days of soreness for me. No matter; it was worth it.
Bowled Tuesday night and blew. The team didn't win, so I can't even take solace in that. I did break my watch band, though, so I picked up a new one on Wednesday night after working and going to another basketball game.
Thursday night I picked up the DVD and second soundtrack to Moulin Rouge on my way to see The Lion King, a Christmas present from Aunt Sue. Absolutely amazing production.
And here I am again. We were told in Physics before we left to "decompress" in preparation for a difficult next couple of weeks. I decompressed, but only minimally. I'm worried.
