Ugh. I had such a good time in my last draft, with only ten teams...I'm stacked over there. Twelve teams has made my life miserable. My planned pick was taken one or two picks ahead of me at least six times...sometimes in the same round! Quick analysis:
Offense: Giambi, Pujols, Aurilia. These are the only sure-fire producers, but hopefully I can get solid production out of Cameron, Konerko, and Everett. I'm counting on Pena in both leagues to have a breakout year (but moreso in this league), and hopefully Edgar can stay healthy. Comebacks from Ventura and Trammell would advance my position greatly.
Pitching: Moose-Milton-??? The rest of my rotation are largely question marks, but all three have high upside. Wolf needs to get well quick and pick up where he left off last year, Burnett needs to keep his K:BB ratio high, and Duckworth just needs to give me league average innings. I'm set for closers in Sasaki and Alfonseca, and Prokopec and Mecir are the heirs to their respective teams' closer job.
