In yet another example of treating your customers as criminals first and revenue streams second, the guy in charge of all of AOL-TW's broadcast networks says that fast-forwarding through commercials is illegal. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.

The interview is long, and his statements about PVRs (e.g. TiVo) are about 2/3 of the way down. I'm going to go break the law some more now.
