Vacation Continues

And vacation continues rocking.

Friday was Surfstock at Joey Harrison's Surf Club up the street, with live music from 11 AM to 2AM. Dan and I wanted desperately to see Jim Bruer, but he didn't go on until (we were told) 11:30. We were ready to head up there as 18+ audience members until Aunt Sue came back from the beach with this announcement: "I got my over 21 wristband off without breaking it." Paul managed to do the same with his. So Dan and I both had 21+ wristbands. All I have to say is this: bar drinking is expensive!

Yesterday and today we continue our beach in the morning/beach in the afternoon routine; there is nothing wrong with this. I could live at the shore all summer.

Amy and I may be going to Great Adventure tomorrow evening; I've never gotten there later than noon before. Should be short lines, less heat. Nitro, here I come!
