Peter Gammons' latest column (no link, because it has since disappeared) contained an interesting typo on the last line: "The AL West features three teams with 80 wins at the All-Star break, the first time that has happened since the AL East in 1979." As Kenny Mayne would say, "That would be some kind of record."
