Back Into Old Habits
The Marching Royal Dukes put together their first drill of the year tonight. We have not yet finished putting music with the moves, but it should be accomplished by lunchtime tomorrow. Already, we have embraced the age old MRD tradition of setting everything wrong the first time, then playing catch-up all year trying to fix it. It's no surprise at this point in my career, my third year, but it's still frustrating.
At the same time, there are several trumpet players that I would gleefully execute, given the chance *b-cgock!* I need an "I'd be cool if I played trumpet" tshirt.
