Regression
Way back in May, I began the implementation phase of my plan to get in shape. I ran fairly consistently (several times per week) up until the end of vacation, when I stopped. Looking back, I can't even really remember why I stopped. I had made it to a point where I was out for a solid thirty to forty minutes, and I was running for a good portion of that time. But what's done is done.
After marching band rehearsal tonight, I felt inexplicably hyper. "What the hell," I thought, "I'll put my energy to some good use." I went running. I was out only twenty minutes, and ran about half of that.
I have a long way to go.

Keep it up! You’ll be surprised how fast you get back to the 30-40 min range.
