Day of Reckoning

The Supreme Court was scheduled to hear arguments in the case of Eldred v. Ashcroft. I've mentioned this case before (notably here, when I told Mom about it), and today is the second-most important day in the case's history (the first will be sometime in the spring, when the decision is handed down). The EFF and eldred.cc don't have any info yet (mostly because, I would assume, there's not much to report), but there are plenty of articles listed in the Google News index of the situation.
