It Hurts
Aunt Sue showed me how to work the myriad Cybex Machines at UREC on Saturday. I only did a set or so on each machine then, just enough to get a feel for it, but I was sore through yesterday because of it.
I felt quite a bit better (soreness-wise) today, so I decided to ditch Marching Band sectionals (first time this year) and go back to UREC. I biked, ran, and rowed for 30 minutes (half of what I usually do) and then went to work on the machines.
I worked my biceps, triceps, and quadriceps. I worked my frontal and sidal abdominal muscles. I worked my deltoids and pectoral muscles. I worked my calves and hamstrings. I worked more muscles in my back than I can count. And I am gloriously sore.
I think I like it.
