Lessig Writes
Larry Lessig writes about his view of the oral arguments in Eldred vs. Ashcroft.
There are things here that remind me why the Judicial Branch is my favorite branch of the government. Though there are exceptions to the rule, the Supreme Court seems to consistently recognize the gravity of its power and the care with which it must be exercised. They are some of the most powerful people in America, yet don't make painfully obvious power grabs. I can't help but respect that.
