A Disaster in Newark
It seems official: the Devils and Nets will be out of East Rutherford within a few years. This really saddens me, because one of my childhood dreams was to hold Devil season tickets. An arena in Newark is significantly farther than the Meadowlands, and who wants to go to Newark anyway?
It's a damn shame, but at least the state of New Jersey isn't paying for it. Let the citizens of Newark get screwed.
