SurfNoMore?

I've seen Surfnomore in my refer logs for a few days running now, and can't find any real information on it besides their own page, which is fairly unhelpful:

... We can provide "feeds" from the actual spidering process, unprocessed and straight from the spidering machines at incredible sustained rates. We can also provide customized versions of our index, which can be in quite a few different standardized indexing techniques, as well as our own custom technique. There are many companies, universities and government institutions that are in the potential market for extremely high-speed internet data feeds. This, along with our very unique approach to the actual indexing/search process is ultimately why we are here.

So are they going to be a search service? It seems unlikely, based on their description. What are they trying to do, serve the "entire Internet" from their own servers? Where's the money in that?

I don't get it.
