RSS Changes

I haven't played with my RSS in awhile, but the streak is broken: I upgraded to RSS 2.0 today.

If you're using an aggregator, you shouldn't notice any differences. Most handle RSS 1.0 and RSS 2.0 equally well, and the data in the feed has not changed at all.

I'm also considering publishing a separate feed for each category, like Mark Pilgrim does, but I don't know if there'd be any demand for it. If you want to see something like this, let me know in the comments.

  1. I don’t think I’m using an aggregator, but I also don’t notice any differences. As far as the separate feed for each category…go for it(whatever that means!). Maybe one day I’ll understand.

  2. I think it could be a good challenge for you, but will I find the regular AArdvark? Don’t want to lose the AArdvark!

  3. Hi there, you might find this piece useful :-)
