Thaw

Today is the first time in weeks that the thermometer here in Harrisonburg has reached above 50 degrees, and it feels like summer. Though it is overcast and drizzly, it feels great to be outside. Except, of course, for the intense dog food smell brought about by the thaw.

It's amazing; for the past couple weeks, I've thought of nothing but the beauty of the Shenandoah Valley while outside. Now I can only think of Alpo and Kibbles and Bits.
