Alternate Education
What would it take to get a child to work natively in binary? I presume you'd need to isolate him/her completely from Barney, Sesame Street, etc. (you know, the liars who insist on using digits higher than 1) as well as from anyone unfamiliar with your plan ("Oh, how many fingers do you have? Ten!"). Once you've got the basics down (such as 1010 fingers and 1010 toes, and 1+1 is 10) life just seems like it'd be a whole lot easier without the pesky 2-9 hanging around, trying to mess you up. Less is more.
