I Watched the Oscars

I don't usually watch the Oscars. A checklist:

• See Adaptation. It'll be on campus Wednesday and Thursday.
• See Chicago. I'll probably wind up renting it.
• See Spirited Away. I hadn't even heard of it until a conversation with Yoshiko last week.
• See The Pianist and join the Adrien Brody fan club. He kicked ass last night.
• Buy Bowling for Columbine and watch it nine hundred more times before I die. And join the Michael Moore fan club. Les Orchard links to the video of Michael Moore's comments after the ceremony.
