The scene: Dan and I are in his room, working on our CS 462 project. Amanda walks in, full of confidence:
"You need more backslashes, Dan! And lots of these [holds up hands to designate brackets] and curly these [curly brackets]. OK, good, now stars! And some equals signs, and ampersands and colons! OK, now make it look like you're cursing in comic books. OK, now 'snarflebutt,' and then lots of parentheses..."
