Felicidades Cinco de Mayo!
I may have mentioned this before, but I took Spanish for nine years and don't remember any of it. Every now and then, though, a word or phrase pops into my head from that horrible, horrible time and I can't get it out. Today it was "Felicidades Cinco de Mayo!" which is funny because I don't remember what the holiday is for. Hopefully it's worth felicidadesing about.

Michel enlightened me, even though I didn’t want to know. The celebration is for the liberation of Mexico, from the French.
Happy Cinco de Mayo! I got a free T-shirt and bottle opener just for walking into my liquor store.
And if this makes you feel better, I don’t remember any French either. Except for “Bonjour, Monsieur le Pamplemousse!” (“Hello, Mr. Grapefruit!”)
