Woodcliff Middle School Concert
Amy's school had a concert tonight, and she sang in the chorus and played flute with the band. The feature of the evening (for me anyway, bookended by shitty songs by Avril Latrine, Michelle Branch, Mariah Carey, and Celine Dion) was Amy's completely solo performance of Norah Jones' Come Away With Me. Though she emphatically downplayed her expected performance going into the evening, she was amazing.
Clearly, I have no credibility, because I am her brother, and biased regardless of how good she was, so I tried to get some proof with Audblog. The signal in the building, however, was weak, and the resultant recording left quite a bit to be desired. In any case, here's Amy's performance of Come Away With Me, in two parts: Part 1 and Part 2.

Another biased opinion; yes, she was amazing! I wish the recording was better; then everyone would know how good she was!
Don’t let the recording fool you. Just purchase your tickets for Amy’s first appearance at Madison Square Garden as the featured singer!
Bravo Amy!
How do you listen to the audblog…When I clicked on it all I got was a page that said loading and when it said done there was no sound just a blank page.
