Moulin Rouge - Original Soundtrack
I resisted seeing Moulin Rouge because I disliked Romeo + Juliet. No other reason.
Karen asked me to listen to a few songs off of this soundtrack, and I was totally intrigued. We rented it within a few nights, and I fell completely in love with the film. It's easily one of my favorite movies in the past several years.

I don’t know why I resisted seeing this movie for so long (perhaps it’s because I’m not a huge Nicole Kidman fan) but the movie was excellent, and the music infectious!

You and I both! I refused to see the movie because I use to watch the old black and white film musicals and didn’t think that movies today could compare. I was wrong. My boyfriend owns the movie. I recently saw it last week. A great movie with great actors only needs to be seen once to be remembered a lifetime. I’ve yet to watch it again, instead i’ve been singing the songs to myself, when I wake up, in the shower, everywhere. It is infectious. Very much so. If I could say one thing to the actor(s)is ..to say that you know when your a great actor when you can make your audience fall in love with the characters.
