Brief Hellboy Review

When Amanda and I went on our first-paycheck-induced spending spree last weekend, I couldn’t help but pick up a copy of Hellboy. It’s rare that I buy a DVD of a film I haven’t seen, but I had faith: I thought that Mimic was mostly stupid (blame the script: “Shiny wire!”), but I’m a huge fan of Blade II. We watched it last night.

I was not disappointed. Hellboy is like Men in Black, only awesome. I can’t wait for the sequel.
