50/50
Amanda and I moved into an apartment of our own today. It’s in Cliffside Park—practically NYC—and is a basement studio. We are no longer living with my parents.
That’s good!
I was going to document the whole procedure and put it on Flickr. Then I opened the camera case and discovered that our camera is broken.
That’s bad.
So now Amanda and I are going to go to A&P and stock up on groceries.
That’s good!
It’s going to be very expensive. (Later: Yup. US$157.)
That’s bad.

Hey, that’s awesome…congrats on your own place.
Was it that bad living with us?
Couch: Thanks! It’s not in France or anything, but it’s still pretty cool.
Mom: Of course not! It was awesome! But come on—own place?
I just want to point out that I shop so infrequently that I have, on more than one occasion, dropped over $157 for myself.
